What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It
Comments
When a site visitor leaves a comment, we collect the data visible in the commenting form, as well as the visitor's IP address and the signature of his browser as an aid in spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (the so-called hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you are a registered user and upload pictures to the site, you should avoid uploading images with EXIF location tags. Visitors to the website can download and read full location data from pictures on the website.
